Who you'll work with
Theon
Co-founderTheon has spent four years in B2B sales: first selling software to South African businesses, then working his way up from sales development to Account Executive at Playroll, a global employment platform working in more than 180 countries. He left to build BluBerri full time. Theon runs the first conversation with every client and makes sure what we promise is what arrives. Grey College old boy, based in Johannesburg, with a soft spot for Bloemfontein businesses.
Bianca
Co-founder and Creative DirectorBianca studied at Wits and GIBS, then worked in new business at a Johannesburg digital marketing agency and at Playroll. At BluBerri she designed the brand and the creative system behind every client week. She runs everything after you say yes: setting up your brand, producing your posts every week, and checking in on how they land. Every caption and video passes her before it goes out, and she runs BluBerri's own Instagram and LinkedIn, so new ideas get tested on us first.
